The deliciously sweet apricot balsamic hits all the high notes. Oak-cask aged for at least 18 months.  4.7% acidity.  Made in California.

Serving Suggestions:

  • Marinate overnight your chicken, quartered sweet onions, and fresh rosemary sprigs in this smooth vinegar; then bake in clay pot until chicken is tender for a palate-pleasing meal.  Garnish with fresh rosemary sprigs.
  • Generously splash this vinegar on your baby spinach salad.  Toss in diced apricots (fresh or dried), coconut flakes, and coarsely chopped almonds for color and texture.
