Fresh Mountain figs are reduced to a black syrupy goo and then added to our classic balsamic vinegar. Oak-cask aged for at least 18 months.  4.5% acidity.  Made in California.

 

Serving Suggestions:

  • Generously drizzle on red, ripe heirloom tomatoes
  • Marinate a fine filet mignon
  • Boil down to a reduction to a syrup, then splash some over fresh berries and ice cream
